I rhink the fact that this floorplan is sold out is awesome! We have done our job selling and the place should be packed with frags! We are letting you guys in free, everyone in the club knows about it so the club member turnout should be huge! right? wink wink

Just so everyone knows, the club tanks and booth space has all been spoken for now. We are just about all paid up by the vendors and ready to go!
Sorry for those that didn't make it into the tanks to sell, we really had a huge response this year and I think thats really great!

Question? Todd now that you have gave a bunch of hobbiest a spot in the club tanks how can we give back. Can't speak for everyone but that morning i would like to help setup. Please post or pm a time so i can help setup. I don't know when you setup but i would be glad to help thanks again.

We will be setting up the night before, unless the sellers can't get there stuff up until Saturday. But the tanks and lights and booths will all be set up Friday afternoon.

I think we move into the aquarium at 3 p.m. so any help setting up the club systems from say 3 p.m. till 8 would be awesome!

I had a feeling you guys were setting up a day early. I will try to get off of work early on friday, will see. What time would you want the people using the club tanks there on saturday the 10th to set up the frags. I really hope my job lets me leave early i would definetly like to help this is going to be a blast can't wait.

I will definetly hit up the raffle except the main prize. Those two ladies always win they put like 200.00 in the last reefstock and i heard they have won 3 solanas.

Two Solanas and a Nano. They don't put that much in either, more like $40-50.

you would have to be all setup and done moving in before 10 AM SATURDAY. We have access to the room at 8 a.m. so its only a 2 hour window to move in and setup for those vendors that cant make it friday, we ususally are working into the evening friday though so its best to try and come friday and get setup.
