Reserve space in club tanks for Fragstock - The Southern Colorado Marine Aquarist Society

I am starting a thread for people to reserve space in the remaining club frag tanks. We will have two 8'x2' frag tanks for any hobbiests who would like to use them. These tanks will be lit by 3 Lumenarc reflectors with 20k bulbs. Please just reserve for the total amount of space you will need as space is obviously limited.

Todd 2'x2' (not in club tanks now.)
Marc 2'x2'
Larry 2'x2'
cfless1'x1'
Chad 1'x1'
Ki 2'x2'
Bikini Reef 2'x2'
Jiggy 2'x2'
xsocali 2'x2'

Please note that a 2'x2' space will hold more than 200 frag disks, and proly 250-300 frag plugs, so reserve accordingly.

Hey Todd,

There are several questions on the RC club pages about using SCMAS tank space for non SCMAS members. What are the guidelines/restrictions and fees, if any? Hoping to further the knowledge.

Rob, as long as they aren't comercial and there is room, then there shouldn't be a problem. The only reason I am getting in the club tank is that I was worried about not having enough sellers in them. If we get enough, I will get my own booth.

I wasn't worried about you!

There are some MASC and DARC members that weren't sure if they could use space in your tanks. I'll point them to this thread to reserve space.

I recently joined this club but have been at one meeting and frag stock this year. Do i have to pay a clubmember fee so i can have a small space 1x1 at frag stock. My user name on reefcentral masc phillipj2 and have been a member for a year. Please lmk

I tried signing up on the SCMAS forums in order to try and reserve a small amount of Frag tank space for FragStock, but have been waiting for several days after activating my account via e-mail, and still can not post. It looks like the frag tanks are filling up fast. I think we only have about 4' feet of room left in one tank. Ki Island and Bikini Reef are taking 2'x2' each. I may be moving some people around to make more room, but we will see.

FYI I just got off the phone with Kris as www.bluezooaquatics.com they are for sure coming and he is going to have his newsletter editor interview me about fragstock and feature an article about our event in the next week or so. This goes out to nearly 20,000 email accounts!!! talk about spreading the word eh?
