Welcome Brandon and WSAC. I love your neck of the woods, especially the bookends and Rattlesnake canyon!!!! Some day I will get out and play your beautiful course, out in Fruita!

Yeah, there are a few nice courses around here. One is in Delta you should check out. There are lots of elevation changes and it is a beaut.

David, Jami and I stayed just outside of GJ, on the west side of 70 at the KOA there. Very nice. Rattle Snake Canyon is a must see. Most natural arches, outside of Arches National Monument.

Yeah, there are TONS of good camping places around here. There is the Monument, VERY beautiful and the Grand Mesa with TONS of areas to camp. Thats just the ones close by and the most popular. Outside of that, there are a lot of other areas. I actually grew up in Gunnison so I am spoiled by all the wonderful neighbor free camping.

Well, we have three LFS's here. One stinks and two are good. They get in most of the stuff we want and we trade between the folks around the valley. Other than that, yeap, a drive to Denver or Salt Lake and outside that, high dollar shipping charges.
