    Redbug warning

I thought I'd do the responsible thing and warn anyone who got frags from me that I have red bugs on some of my SPS. I don't know when they got into my tank, but it looks like it's been there several months.

The cure is Interceptor. Google red bug and Interceptor for details. Fortunately, Interceptor totally eradicates RB, but you may have to remove some of your CUC while treating.

Looks like good news. I bought Interceptor at the vet's office today and dosed the tank. The stuff worked fast, because I already can't find any RB on the SPS. I'll watch over the next couple days to make sure they're gone.

The other news is that it must not require a prescription anymore, because they handed it to me as soon as I paid.

Falcon animal hospital. Take 24 east to Falcon. Turn right at the Diamond Shamrock. It's a couple hundred yards down Meridian on the left.

One "atta boy" to snorklebob for posting his problem with RB's. It is always great when someone is so honest.

Very possible they were there when you got the tank.

    I don't know if it's a Colorado thing, but I can't find it online without a prescription.

I stopped by this morning and got another box. The white box is for 50-100# dogs, meaning you only need one pill to dose a humongous tank. It's $48 for 6 pills. I told the girl that other reefkeepers would be stopping by.

You've never seen me with my shirt off and covered in whipped cream...

You're probably too young to know where the pic came from.
