40g (organic soil) bowfront

I really have a thing for bowfronts!
Start of a 40g planted tank with fertilizer bottom .

Using miracle grows natures cure organic soil with play sand on top to hold the soil in place.

Will post pictures of aqauscape after water clears up (filled tonight)

Did you mineralize the soil first? I'd think it'd be leaching ammonia and off gassing for ages if not.

I did not & leaching has been bare minimum , plants are thriving and fish are doing fantastic , I’ll post pictures & give an update with in the next few days .
