    My first phantom overflow

Normally I wouldn't be using this long of a bulkhead but it's what I had on hand. Waiting for delivery of clear to make the rear chamber.

6" phantom overflow and is capable of just under 1000gph.

Was a fun project on my cnc machine.

Yeah I have all of my designs saved and will be selling them. This first run I am selling for 50 per overflow plus shipping. The normal price for these will be 84.99 and I will be donating one for this years Fragtoberfest. Have you checked with Hooked? He is an acrylic master and is local. He can custom make anything you may be looking for.

Next run will have a few fixes so that the edges are better hidden from the front view. Waiting for sheets of acrylic to arrive. Hope that this next run will be a full production run. Once I have the components exactly as I want them, I can easily increase the length to 16" and 24". I also have a few other items I have been commissioned to work on that have been taking time away from the overflows. Working a deal with a magnet manufacturer to use HD neodymium magnets for a magnetic float switch holder I designed and some blackout frag racks.

Does the overflow have an internal and external box or will we put PVC directly into the bulkhead?

It has an external box as well that uses 2x 1" bulkheads. It is clear and has a black lid.

Is it possible to make them to accept a bean animal overflow?

It uses a bean animal setup in the rear chamber. I just didn't add a picture of the rear chamber yet.

What is the rated or calculated gph on the 24"? I might be a buyer!

Doesn't the bean use three drains?

Trying to decide if I want two or three... I think one would be good on my (36") 65g but was think about having two for my (48") 75g? At 1,000g/hr, I guess one would do, thoughts?

For the 16" and 24" there are 3x 1" drains in the rear overflow box

For the 6" there is not enough room for 3 drains so it's a modified bean animal with a full siphon and an emergency overflow. The emergency basically takes up the excess if you have more flow than the full siphon can handle.
