    Looking really good.

Since you asked, I think if you added another piece of rock that comes out from the big one on the right, and let it flow towards the eye, it will bring the viewers eye from in a flow from the bottom up, and then to the corals you end up putting on the top of it. If you have a piece that makes a gradual build from low to high, and especially if you have one that curves a little towards the front and left, it would smooth the hard edge on the right. However, you could accomplish the same sort of thing in with a couple of corals. If you place something high on the right, it would tie in with the cave you have on the lower left, using the rule of thirds from photography. Imagine a horizontal line at each third of the tank and a vertical line running each third of the tank. Your cave would be close to the intersection of two of those lines, and the high point on the right would be at another. That gives balance.

Ive seen mine do something similar when it's laying down alot of new skeleton but never that much inflation. Acans will do that as well when they run out of substrate to grow laterally.

How long are the polyps usually when it's happy?

In that case I would say give it some time and don't worry too much. It's prob just inflated so it can put down some calcium underneath. Just keep an eye on it and watch for any receeding tissue or signs of bacterial infection. I'm pretty sure it's good but you never know 100% with corals.
