    As long as they're alive they'll keep the aiptasia population down. When they run out of aiptasia though they can/might eat other corals. When they die (in my experience), the aiptasia come back like crazy.

    Well after adding 3 peppermint shrimp and 2 weeks all 30+ of my aiptasia has disappeared.

    I got a couple of peppermint shrimps from Seascape ($10 each, so buy from Bush!). They took a couple of days to acquaint themselves with the tank, now they are feasting. Aptasia population cut in half already! I'm happy!

    my buddy in florida hooked a piece of boat carpeting while fishing he reeled it in to get his gear back when he pulled it out of the water there were hundreds of peps on it he called me lol wanted to know if the were good eating lol i have also heard that powerful uv lasers fry the aptasia up real fast

    My Berghia Nudibranchs are finishing up the last of my aiptasia and I'm selling them. See my post here:

    After 17 years they're the only things which have eaten the aiptasia in a complete enough way that they never come back.
