    Lenny's 40b

    I started building my 40b stand today. its going to be 42"x24"x36". My Sump will be from Fluid Designers.


    The tank is upside down.

    This is not my pic of the sump But it is the one I will be getting

    The sump and overflow should be done today!! I think I might make a trip up to get it tomorrow or next week

    The stand is all most done. I am thinking of adding 4 bolts in the corners that go through the top of the stand and the uprights.

    I Did a little more work today!




    I went down to the Re-Store today and got 70 4"x4" Tiles and grout for less then $10. I am still getting the blue ones for the top but I will put thees under the sump

    The Re store is a great place to find bargains.I seen a lot of nice cabinets over there that would work great fora 40 breeder with some work.

    Thats cool man. Looks good. So im curious. When you add a plug under the stand like that. Do you just wire it to like an extension cord and then plug that into a reg wall socket?

    Yep. I used a plug for a PC but if you have a old shop cord should work too
