    Swabbie??

    Any one got any experience with one of these? I seen one for a really good deal that will work with my skimmer but have heard mixed reviews the mfg of my skimmer offers one but its 2.5x more than a new swabbie. Thoughts?

    Paul any problems with the screws not holding the lid tight or the blade poping loose?

    motor is siliconed in to the top. no problems with the blade.

    I have never heard anything but good reviews about avast marines swabbie that they sell for 150ish which is the one murf has but I know my husband wants to get us the DIY kit to save a few bucks in this 30 of them anyways happy hunting
