    Hyper-melanization

So of all the reading I've done and pictures I've seen is that this is what is currently affecting my foxface. I just noticed it today out of the blue. Big brown spots on his left flank with darker yellow, than his normal yellow, circles around it. Has anyone dealt with this before? It seems a majority of the reading I've done is isolated to clownfish who are sleeping on corals and stuff. Is there anything I should be worried about or do to make the little guy recover faster?

Foxface are unique in that they discolor and change color to camouflage themselves when stressed or scared.

Would but the nikon is packed up for the trip as we leave tomorrow and my cell phone takes crap pictures. I'll play around with the phone and see if I can't get him to hold still long enough to take a decent phone pic

You guys know how they never sit still when you want them to lol. But I think they convey the general idea. Blotches brown raised spots on left flank
