    The pink Goni I got from ReefKoi a while back is growing like crazy. The polyps extend way up and the color is great. They come from good stock!

    i hope so was a little scared 2 try one know they can be hard 2 keep! so where did you place yours and how much current?

    My goni is down on the sandbed on the front left corner of the tank. It gets moderate to high flow and moderate lighting. The current is from an mp40 on the opposite (right) side wall with most of the stream going above the goni, but it bounces off the left side and I think it goes down and back to the right through the area where the goni is.

    My squamosa and maxima are both at the bottom in the substrate with lower flow... Both are doing really well

    I've got all three of my gonis on the floor and they get just about moderate flow and they ar all loving life

    thanks guys for your advise I put the goni half way up on the end where it gets mod light and a very gentle flow hope it does well seems 2 be opening well but not all the way yet. I'll give it a few days in the current spot and if it doesn't open all the way I'll try another spot
