Lighting for neon flower pot coral

Sorry, I'm not actually sure if it's considered large or small polyp coral but it seems to prefer the substrate but am afraid of not enough light... Any ideas or solutions? Or anyone know how high they are most comfortable... I have a 90 gallon tank with plenty of rock so I can Mose him if necessary but I can't find any specifications on him

what lights do you have? If the coral seems happy then I would leave it, I have a few different corals in my sandbed.

Well it seems happy and my clowns have chosen it over my bubble tip... It does open up well but I have only had it for about a week or so... I think I will leave it in the substrate as long as it seems happy... So Having corals in substrate is normal? I was thinking that most corals were most at home on rock platforms... I am new to this though so..lol it's a beautiful coral though... Thank you for your input....
