Usually the reviews on the Ebay fixtures aren't very good. Just remember the light output (PAR) on a combo fixture is alot lower than an open/retro setup with large sized reflectors (ie. lumenbrites). So much of the light is lost with small, cheap reflectors and then you're using alot of power but not getting alot of light.

Man, go mogul base and skip the DE stuff.

I don't see any mention of ballast brand or manufacturer? Did I miss it? Either way, I wouldn't trust it, they have dimensions listed as both 60" and 72" which is it? They have pictures of a 3 bulb setup, but they say it's 2x250w and yet include 3 14k bulbs... ???

No thanks, get it from a reputable dealer that will provide a warranty and stand behind their product. Lot of dough for something that you know nothing about...

Mogul base is a screw in bulb and DE is double ended bulb.

Actually that one is no longer made! So I am getting a Hamilton Tech 5ft Cebu Sun 2x250MOGUL BASE! halides and 4x80 T5's. Whats the difference in the mogul base or DE halides?
