Ive got 2 frogspawn, and 1 hammer. Im about to have a bubble coral, and started wondering are there dangers in having them too close to each other?

Yes, the euphyllia's will kill the Plerogyra if they come in contact enough times really beware the sweepers.

agreed. the frogspawn, and hammer will no doubt win that battle. i am keeping the bubble on the substrate, and it is very happy there. are your frogs and hammer in the rockwork? how big is the tank that you are putting the bubble in? is there a place on the substrate that you can place it?

Bubbles are pretty nasty too if I was to bet money I'd say the bubble will win hands down but I'm probably wrong :)

I'm with Chris, I also think the Bubble would win. You could put the hammer and Frogspawn on top of each other and they would be fine, but make sure there is at least a 6-8 inch area around the bubble without corals that you don't want to get nuked.

I have a lot of room in my tank. I am concentrating on having LPS first, then fill in all the dead areas with zoos/softies. I have enough space to give the coral room, but I have been thinking of sticking with the same genus just to avoid any future headaches.

Does that mean you don't want the bubble.... LOL (no hard feeling if you don't)
