Is there a program or a site that you can put in your fish tank volume, your present salinity and your desired salinity to get how much water you either need to add or remove to get the desired salinity value?

How much of a change up and at what intervals in salinity is safe?

I think the site has recommendations for it. You should do it very slowly

in my opinion the easiest way is replace your top off water with salt water and raise it that way. It may take a week or 2 for the change but its the easiest on the fish. It is safe to lower salinity fairly quick but not raise it.
