What epoxy do you use for rock? I'm wanting to hide my overflow pipes with pieces of live rock I have but I have no idea what to use.

Thanks JJ. Since I have a whole sheet of egg crate I am tossing around the idea of making a foam surround around the overflow pipes instead. Have you done this or know someone who has?

The pricing for the epoxy putty on BRS is good. They have the same price listed for 4 oz and 2 oz. Maybe a mistake, so now would be a good time to order some. I have used the black Great Stuff pond foam and I really liked the way it turned out. I can definitely give some pointers or thoughts about that. I ordered it online from Ace Hardware and picked it up in store. It was the best pricing I found. The stuff makes a mess for sure, so wear rubber gloves. I managed to touch it with my hands, my elbows, get it on my pants, etc.... but I'm a messy guy anyway. I used a two part liquid epoxy to coat the foam after it cured, and sprinkled sand on it. It sets up a hard shell that coraline and corals have no problem encrusting. I have some info on my build about the process you can check out here http://www.thescmas.com/forums/showthread.php?14582-Joe-s-530-Gallon-System-Build. The cement backing I did was a huge fail, but the foam worked great. Let me know if you decide to do it and have any questions.
