Does anyone know if the 15 gallon closed top blue barrels with carry handle at sportsmans warehouse are safe for ro and mixing? They have an odd smell inside don't know if that's anything. I was looking for same in white so I can see level but can't find them local.

sounds like they are food grade water containers for camping. The smell is probably from the manufacturing process.
