I was just curious on what people were using as their ATO containers? I was thinking about buying a 20g or 29g tank with a glass lid. But I just wanted to know if there was something better or cheaper that I was missing.

2. 55 gallon barrel on a 200g sustem. running out of my RO storage.
3. 10 gallon tank on a 180g just had it laying around.
4. 8g storage tank on a 50g tank. Picked up at flea market for 2.00

With a 260g system how much water do you think evaporates a day? I would guess a Gallon or two?

I use these from Fluid designs on some tanks

On the zero edge I will use this chest with the biggest Walmart container I can fit inside. During the summer this tank goes through about 4 gallons a day.

B, are you concerned about any phosphate leaching from the Walmart containers? I love the trunk idea, especially if I could get the FD ATO to sit inside of it.

I used to use the 5 gal water jugs from Walmart. I would have the pump in one, and a second one filled and ready to go. But I love my Fluid Designers unit and Lenny's set is a killer.

I wasn't.

but seriously, I never had a problem that I knew of. Maybe because I went through it so fast.
