When you say overflow box, make sure you specify that you are looking for an overflow weir made to be siliconed inside of an aquarium, not a box that hangs over the side of the tank to overflow water into a sump.

I have the jig to cut teeth into acrylic to make your own custom overflow box if you would like. All you need is 1/4" acrylic, in either clear, black, smoked gray or whatever you want.

I have the box that hangs on the side. Not the part that you can silicone inside.

The nicest one I've seen at a decent price is on ebay. $16.99 +$5.99 shipping.

Don't use that one as it uses 1/8" acrylic and won't handle the 150g tank well.

I could build you a custom one, right now I'm working on a 3ft monster HOB overflow

Nice! You have an acrylic bender and a jig to cut the teeth in the weir? I may need to come use the acrylic bender if you have one as the method I use works well but I am out of MAPP gas in my torch.

I use a low-heat propane torch and several wooden jigs to bend, my neighbour has a dado set on his table saw to cut out teeth. PM me if you need some work done!

cool, yeah I have a flush cut bit for the router and a jig with equal spaces to create 3/8" teeth spaced 3/8" apart.
