Friendly remi der to clean out your fresh water tanks and sw mixing tanks. These pics were taken just after 5 months of use. I have lids on both of these tanks. Granted my basement collects alot of dust because the windows stay open but.... phosphates anyone?

Good one.
I clean mine on the first day of each season. Spring, summer, winter and fall.

I call BS....this is Colorado, we only have summer and winter. :)

LOL. I have to watch the calendar for this. Can't rely on Colorado weather to tell you anything.

Stuff grows in them clearish tanks. Paint it and leave a vertical stripe unpainted to check levels.

For the sw mix tank I sorayed some bleach in it after I scrubbedbit and let it soak for 30 min or so. Rinsed and rubbed one more time and let it air dry.
