Hello all, I've been reading these forums for about two weeks and I figured it was time I introduced myself. My names Daniel and I'm in gunnison,co! I have a 29 gallon tank with a remora hang on back skimmer, two t5 and two t8. I have about 20 pounds of live sand and something like 40 pounds of live rock. I run a 2 gallon sump under my tank and it's been up and running for about 2 years. As for live stock I have 2 peppermint shrimp, 1 coral banded shrimp, 8 hermits, 9 astral snails, and 6 nasruis snails. I also have 1 blue devil damsel, 2 clowns, a lawn mover blenny and a 6 line wrass. As for coral I have 3 different kinds of zoa's, a medium size Kenya tree, 1 lord acan cluster, 1 cluster of clover palms, 1 rather large group of green star polyps, and a lord acan frag I just got. Before I forget I also have some halimeda and 1 feather dusts in the too! So anyone near gunnison ?

So yea I've had this tank up and running for two years but I only got into coral about 3 months ago:(.
Anyways I have a eclipse hood running the two T8's and the light on top is a aquasun running two T5's. Im running 90 watts total and I'm really starting to think this isn't enough light. I'm thinking about buying a coral life pc 2x54 watt fixture and removing the hood all together. Also this is my first saltwater tank so it's not very display worthy but I'm enjoying my self either way. When I leave gunnison next year I plan on getting a 90 gallon and taking all the lessons I learned from this tank and building my dream tank.
